As the day gradually becomes quiet, Longmen Guanghua Temple offers a peaceful setting for an evening meditation practice.
On September 3, 2026, Funzendo invites participants to join an Evening Stillness Meditation, a gentle practice designed to help the mind settle, release the busyness of the day, and return to the present moment.
The session begins with a period of quiet sitting meditation, using natural breathing as an anchor. Participants are then guided into a short period of walking meditation, allowing awareness to move naturally from stillness into movement.
As evening falls over the temple, participants will have time to simply observe the breath, the surrounding sounds, and the changing sensations of the body without trying to control them.

Leave the noise of the day behind.
Sit quietly.
